The Reds have reached agreement on a two-year deal with right-handed reliever Jose Arredondo, their last player left in salary arbitration. The Reds signed the 27-year-old pitcher to a minor league deal in January 2010, knowing he would likely have reconstructive elbow surgery a few weeks later. He spent the whole year on the disabled list.
