Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips has apologized for speeding on his way home after Cincinnati's 10-3 win over Cleveland on Friday night. Phillips was stopped by police in northern Kentucky and booked on a reckless driving charge. Police said he was going roughly twice the speed limit in a 35 mph zone.
