Brandon Phillips was out of the starting lineup for the third straight game Sunday because of a bruised right hand. The Cincinnati Reds' All-Star second baseman was hit by a pitch Wednesday and hasn't played since. Manager Dusty Baker said he was available to pinch run during the final game of a series against the Chicago Cubs.
