The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Milwaukee Brewers on Thursday by the score of 4-1.  Great pitching by Aaron Harang and a home run by Edwin Encarnacion proved to be to much for the Brewers.

Harang pitched eight strong innings to pick up the win.  He then turned the game over to ex-brewer Francisco Cordero who picked up the save.  Great job by both pitchers today.

Encarnacion hit a two run homer in the 7th inning, and then Paul Bako singled in another run to give the Reds a 4-1 lead.  Earlier in the game Bako hit a RBI double as well.  Other then Encarnacion and Bako, the Reds didn’t have much offense on the day.
